Koodos is designed to keep the most recently received protection rules on the child device during a temporary internet outage.

What keeps working

The device continues using the schedules, limits, and blocking rules it already received. Going offline does not intentionally turn protection off.

What is delayed

The Parent App cannot show live status or send a new change to an offline device. Usage totals and mode changes may not appear until the device reconnects.

For example, a new parent lock or a schedule edit made while the device is offline must wait for a connection.

When it reconnects

Koodos checks in, receives the latest family rules, and updates its status. Give it a short moment after Wi-Fi or mobile data returns.

If the device stays offline while other apps have internet access, see Device shows offline.
