Schedules automatically move a child between Free Time, Homework Time, and Bedtime.
If schedules overlap
Koodos applies the strongest active rule:
- Locked — a manual parent lock
- Bedtime
- Homework Time
- Free Time
For example, if Bedtime begins while Homework Time is still scheduled, Bedtime wins.
Daily limits still apply
A child can reach their daily limit during a Free Time window. The schedule says which mode is allowed; the limit says whether time remains.
Bonus time and overrides
Ordinary bonus time adds to the child's allowance but does not cancel a stronger schedule. If the Parent App offers an Override schedules choice and you select it, that temporary override can allow time during a schedule.
Schedule times use your family's time zone. After a change, give online devices a short moment to update.
