This Cookie Policy explains how Exotec Inc. ("Koodos," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies, browser storage, tags, and similar technologies on koodos.app and other public websites that link to this policy (collectively, the "Website"). It should be read with the Koodos Privacy Policy.
Cookies and browser storage save small amounts of information in a browser. Tags and similar technologies can send information when a page loads or a visitor interacts with it. We refer to these together as "website technologies."
Some website technologies are provided directly by Koodos. Others are provided by companies that help us deliver, protect, measure, or support the Website.
Necessary technologies support page delivery, network security, fraud prevention, consent records, account sessions, checkout, and functions a visitor requests. Blocking these technologies may prevent parts of the Website, parent application, sign-in, or checkout from working correctly.
Koodos uses local browser storage named koodos-cookie-consent to remember whether the visitor accepted or declined website analytics. The preference remains until it is changed through Manage Cookie Settings below or browser storage is cleared.
Koodos uses Google Analytics on public pages to understand aggregate website traffic, measure interactions, and improve the Website. Google Analytics may receive online identifiers and information such as IP-derived location, browser and device information, referring page, pages viewed, and interaction timing. Google handles information under the Google Privacy Policy.
Where prior consent is required, Koodos keeps Google Analytics off until the visitor selects Accept. In other locations, analytics may operate unless the visitor declines through Manage Cookie Settings. A saved decline prevents Google Analytics from loading on later page visits in that browser. Changing a choice does not delete information already received by Koodos or Google; browser controls can be used to remove stored cookies and local data.
Koodos does not use third-party advertising networks to build behavioral profiles of families across unrelated websites. If advertising or remarketing technology is introduced, Koodos will update this policy and provide any notice and choice required by law before activating it.
Some pages may request resources such as fonts from Google or use services from Cloudflare, Stripe, Supabase, Apple, or Google. These providers may receive standard request information such as IP address, browser headers, requested resource, and time. Account, checkout, and platform services may also use their own necessary technologies under the provider's terms and privacy notice.

Names and durations may change when a provider updates its technology. Koodos will update this policy when a change materially affects the information given here.

Deleting cookies or browser storage may remove a saved preference and cause the Website to ask again. Blocking necessary technologies may affect sign-in, checkout, security, or other requested functions.
The Website does not currently respond separately to browser "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signals. Koodos does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Koodos keeps necessary and preference technologies only as long as reasonably needed for their stated purpose. Analytics retention depends on the Google Analytics property configuration and applicable law. Browser settings may shorten a technology's lifetime, and visitors can delete stored website data at any time.
Koodos may update this policy when technologies, providers, purposes, or law change. The effective date identifies the current version. Koodos will request new consent before using a technology for a materially different purpose where law requires it.
